Our client, a reputable organisation, is currently seeking a Senior Civil Technician to join their dynamic team. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in Civil3D and work on significant highways projects including junctions and roundabouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilising Civil3D to develop detailed designs for highways projects
• Creating and modifying drawings and plans for junctions and roundabouts
• Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance
• Providing technical support and guidance to junior technicians
• Conducting site surveys and assessments as required
• Maintaining and organising project documentation and records
• Ensuring all work adheres to relevant health, safety, and environmental standards
• Presenting design proposals and participating in project meetings

Job Requirements:

• Expertise in using Civil3D software
• Experience in designing and detailing highways, junctions, and roundabouts
• Understanding of engineering principles and practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Civil engineering qualification or equivalent technical background
