Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic and mechanical duties on various jet and turboprop aircraft, including disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of systems.
  • Correct or replace aircraft assemblies, landing gear systems, air conditioning systems, pressurisation systems, and optional equipment installations.
  • Repair or replace engine components and accessory items such as fuel control units, fuel injection systems, air bleed systems, oil and fuel pumps, starter/generators, and hydraulic and vacuum pumps.
  • Follow annual and progressive inspection procedures as outlined in aircraft maintenance manuals.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and accurate written reports in logs and inspection reports, and handle parts identification for issue and return documents.
  • Conduct functional checks, engine test runs, instrument tests and alignments, and preventive maintenance. Perform rigging, synchronising of throttles, and setting the stops.
  • Observe the operation of mechanical systems during flight and troubleshoot problems for in-shop repairs.
  • Utilise tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, and various hand tools to repair and modify systems or assemblies.

Job Requirements:

  • Must hold an EASA B2 license.
  • Citation or Beechcraft type ratings preferred.
  • Ability to operate necessary hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
