Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with in house design teams, third-party specialist design teams, and the manufacturers of the steel work.
• Processing Technical Queries (TQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from the site construction team.
• Providing immediate answers to field engineering questions and managing the process for queries needing further investigation.
• Expediting information flow to the construction team to ensure consistent project progress.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in structural engineering, particularly within the power or energy industry.
• Strong understanding of structural steel engineering and modifications.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with multiple teams across different locations.
• Proficiency in processing Technical Queries (TQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Ability to effectively manage information flow and progress tracking for construction teams

The position will be a 50-hour working week and is expected to last 6 to 8 months starting in January.
