  Diagnostics Knowledge: Familiarity with diagnostic protocols and re-programming procedures.

  Systems Testing: Strong background in system testing and validation.

  Communication Protocols: Detailed knowledge of CAN communication.
• 
  Troubleshooting: Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• 
  Technical Proficiency: Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
