Job description
Job Title: Laminator
Location: Crewkerne, Somerset
Contract: Permanent role available
Hours: Full Time role, 37 hours a week on site
Introduction
We're working with Eaton, a leading Aerospace organisation based in Crewkerne, to help them find someone with composites experience, to join their local team as a Laminator.

What will I be doing?
As a Laminator, you'll play an key role in carrying out a hand lay-up of composite materials to build aerospace components using pre-preg and wet lay-up techniques, making sure all work meets technical specifications and quality standards.
You'll check materials and products for defects, work with engineers and team members to deliver successful projects, maintain a clean workspace, document processes, and support on continuous improvements.
What do you need from me?
Eaton is looking for someone who has experience in laminating and working with composite materials, with a strong understanding of pre-preg and wet lay-up techniques.
You'll be skilled at reading technical drawings, have strong attention to detail, and are committed to quality. With good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, you can work independently or as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations for composites is needed, and aerospace experience is preferred but not essential.
