Job Title: Test Technician
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £14.90 per hour

Introduction

Our aerospace client in Bedhampton, near Havant and Portsmouth (Hampshire) is experiencing a period of exciting growth, and we're looking for skilled individuals to join their team!

We have multiple Mechanical Assembly, Stores and Test roles available, on a PAYE contract basis with some scope for permanent. Plus, Matchtech offers the option to advance holiday pay to help maximise your weekly earnings!

What will I be doing?

• You'll be responsible for mounting and removing hydraulic components on the test stands.

• Following detailed test specifications and operate specialized test control panels.
• Checking product integrity and maintaining quality standards.
• Recording all test performance parameters accurately.

What do I need to succeed?

You don't need aerospace experience to apply - we're looking for:

• Previous experience with Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Hydraulic component testing
• An understanding of mechanical and hydraulic components
• Ability to use standard measuring equipment

Good dexterity and hands-on skills
