We are recruiting for experienced Design Engineers to join the team for a project supporting aircraft structures.

Job description
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in the aerospace domain, particularly in the design and analysis of metallic and non-metallic aircraft structures.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop aircraft structures using advanced CAD tools.

Work with PLM tools to manage product lifecycle activities effectively.

Adhere to established methods, processes, and procedures in line with major aerospace programs such as Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, or defence programs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity and compliance with project requirements.

Provide technical input and, where applicable, contribute as a signatory on relevant design deliverables.
Key Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the aerospace domain with a focus on aircraft structures (metallic and non-metallic).

Proficiency in CAD tools such as CATIA V5 and Fibersim.

Experience with PLM tools like Teamcenter and Windchill.

Familiarity with aerospace industry standards, methods, and processes.

Signatory experience on the above programs is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:

UK Nationals or UK Residents.

Minimum of BPSS clearance with the ability to obtain SC Clearance.
Additional Information:
-
The project is expected to run during the first half of 2025.
-
Support is required to begin in January 2025.
-
A hybrid working model may be considered; however, a minimum of 3 days per week on-site in Bristol will be mandatory.
