Our client a global leader in ship management and marine services, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Diving Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job description
This role involves taking full responsibility for the service, quality, and health & safety aspects of operational dive sites, ensuring they meet or exceed customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure full compliance with all regulations and guidance contained within the L104 Commercial Diving Inland/Inshore HSE ACoP during all diving operations.
- Maintain a current diving medical certificate.
- Maintain a current HSE First Aid at Work with O2 Administration certification.
- Ensure high standards of health and safety diving methods of working to supervise a dive site and its personnel.
- Report and liaise with Diving Superintendents/Operations Coordinators to ensure high-standard communications.
- Provide sufficient operational plant and equipment to meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Ensure that equipment, clothing, divers, and dive sites are of a high working standard to meet current regulations.
- Complete all necessary paperwork on-site and ensure client requirements are met on time.
- Provide written reports and photographic documentation for completed jobs as required.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with the dive team.
- Monitor on-site standards of divers and report back to Diving Superintendents/Operations Manager.
- Ensure diving operations meet or exceed customer satisfaction standards.
- Provide operational feedback to assist with the development and growth of UK operations.
- Liaise with on-site customers to ensure their expectations and requirements are met.
- Conduct diving operations in an economic and sustainable manner.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a qualification of ADC Diving Supervisor.
- Hold HSE Part 3 as the minimum recognised commercial diving training standard.
- Possess a Letter of Appointment to supervise while on-site.
