Job description
Our client, in the aerospace industry, is seeking dedicated System Engineers (Project) specializing in Air-to-Air Refuelling (AAR) and Actuation systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on advanced systems with top aircraft manufacturers.
What will I be doing as a Systems Project Engineer?
- Oversee the product life-cycle, from requirements management to qualification.
- Manage system design, development, integration, and verification.
- Plan and schedule engineering tasks, reviews, and milestones.
- Engage with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet expectations.
- Manage technical risks, engineering changes, and ensure design traceability.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
What do I need to succeed in the role?
- Experience in mechanical, electromechanical, or systems product development.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the engineering life-cycle and systems engineering management.
- Experience in requirements management (DOORS/CRADLE beneficial).
- Problem-solving, proactive mindset with a focus on solutions.
