Our client, a dynamic and innovative financial services company in the Insurtech and Fintech sectors, is seeking a Junior Analyst to join their thriving team. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data analysis and financial services, contributing to insightful decision-making processes and strategic business initiatives.

Purpose & Overview of Role:
To support the MI & Data team as well as the wider business to ensure data is accurate and up to date. Ensuring consistency and integrity of data throughout the organisation to support reliable production of MI. Working with the wider team to maintain and correct any data inaccuracies whilst following defined protocols to ensure data security and prevention of breaches.

Core Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work with the adviser and servicing teams to ensure the data held within our Practice Management System (Intelliflo Office) is accurate and up to date, including and not limited to, service level, client source, policy agency status, email address, NI number, client servicing adviser.
  • Support the MI team in extracting data for regular reporting during the transition to the data warehouse
  • Identify clients and associated fees that need transferring across advisers and notify the finance team and relevant providers
  • Ensure the data between our CRM system (Intelliflo Office) and our submission system (ConcertHub) is aligned
  • Supporting and participating in designated projects on data cleansing and improving accuracy of data
  • Business Support - Undertake other activities of a similar nature as required from time to time to support TPG and the firm in meeting its business objectives


Relevant Experience, Skills & Knowledge Required
Experience

  • High proficiency with Excel is a key requirement
  • Strong background in client and product administration an advantage

  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • A positive attitude aligned to TPG values
  • Good written / oral communication skills
  • General IT skills
  • Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills enabling outcomes to be holistic and detailed
  • Must be self-motivated, results-driven and have sense of ownership
  • Ability to understand and identify issues, manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner including the ability to manage client expectations and internal stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Degree in a data related course would be a plus


Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the financial services market
  • Experience using Intelliflo Office, SQL, Azure Data Factory would be considered a plus
