Reporting Lead (Workday Reports)

Location: Luton Airport - Hybrid 3 days per week in the office.

Join our team as an Reporting Lead and play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative reporting solutions that drive strategic decision-making!

What You'll Do

As our Reporting Lead, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our reporting framework and empowering stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Report Design & Inventory Management:
    • Provide input into the design, inventory, and data dictionary for reporting.
    • Review existing reports and define new, impactful ones.
    • Sign off on all report design documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver best-practice reporting solutions.
    • Leverage strong stakeholder management skills to drive adoption and support change initiatives.
  • Validation & Testing:
    • Participate in rigorous validation and testing processes to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Change Management:
    • Identify areas of improvement, inform methodologies, and lead the charge to embed innovative ways of working.
