Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex projects and ensuring their successful delivery on behalf of diverse global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading several complex, fast-paced projects simultaneously
• Engendering a pro-active and tenacious project management team
• Collaborating cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, assembly, commercial, and other teams
• Managing project delivery, commercial exposure, opportunities, and risks
• Providing account management for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Solving problems while adhering to policies and procedures
• Implementing innovative technical/management principles focused on continuous improvement
• Fostering a culture of creativity and effective problem resolution

Job Requirements:

• Proven record of delivering fast-paced projects to deadlines, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
• Strong business acumen and the ability to implement business/technical principles effectively
• Technical mechanical product knowledge, ideally within driveline systems
• Automotive project delivery experience, preferably motorsport drivetrain project delivery
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project
• Aptitude for logical, methodical problem-solving using techniques such as 8D
• A basic understanding of the German language is essential, with the ability to speak a little German preferred

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

• APM member, ideally at full level or similar
• Demonstrated continuous learning throughout their career
• Good working knowledge of MRP/ERP Systems
