Position 1: Civil/Structural Engineer - Rail & Power

Location: Wimbledon Area
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: £40,000 - £45,000

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil/Structural Engineer to join our dynamic Rail & Power team. You will play a vital role in the design, analysis, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural design and analysis for rail and power projects, including bridges, tunnels, and substations.
  • Develop engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in civil/structural design, preferably in rail and power infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, SAP2000).
  • Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes, BS, AREMA).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Position 2: Senior Civil Engineer - Rail & Power

Salary Range: £50,000 - £58,000

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex projects in the Rail & Power sector. This role involves technical leadership, project management, and mentoring junior engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of large-scale rail and power infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and review detailed designs, calculations, and technical documents.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.
