Job description

Our client, a prominent player in the Highways sector, is currently seeking experienced NEC Supervisors to join their team on a contract basis in Warwickshire. This role will involve working on various significant residential schemes, ensuring adherence to NEC standards and overseeing key highway inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and supervising construction activities in line with NEC3 or NEC4 standards, with NEC4 preferred
• Conducting and managing highway inspections including S278 and S38 agreements
• Ensuring compliance with relevant specifications, standards, and quality requirements
• Liaising with contractors, clients and stakeholders to monitor project progress and resolve issues
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation on project activities and progress
• Working on-site five days a week and possibly evening works, particularly in relation to highways
• Prioritising tasks to meet project deadlines and milestones
• Supporting continued work on multiple residential schemes within Warwickshire

Job Requirements:

• Experience as an NEC Supervisor, specifically with NEC3 and NEC4 contracts
• Strong background in highways inspections, including S278 and S38 agreements
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
