Job description

Our client in the manufacturing sector, is currently seeking dedicated Machine Operative to join their expanding team in Twyford. This is a temp to perm role which involves working a night shift from 10pm to 06:150m, contributing to the production of high-quality products.

Please note training will take place for the first few weeks on their late shift 2pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery to ensure smooth production processes
• Cleaning equipment to maintain a hygienic and efficient work environment
• Mixing products according to specified guidelines
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets
• Adhering to safety and quality standards in all tasks

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a production environment
• Strong ability to operate and control machinery
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• Availability to work late & night shift hours (2pm to 10:15pm & 10:00pm - 06:15am)
• Must have own transport due to location
