Sub-Contract Procurement Manager (Contract) - Defence Sector

We're looking for a Sub-Contract Procurement Manager to lead supply chain strategies, manage supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• CIPS Level 5 or equivalent
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions
• Experience in supplier development, contract management, and risk mitigation
• Leadership skills to manage procurement teams and support business goals

Your Role:

🔹 Lead procurement & subcontract strategies for key defence projects
🔹 Manage supplier deliverables, contracts, and risk mitigation
🔹 Develop and influence supplier relationships to drive performance
🔹 Ensure procurement governance and best practices are implemented
🔹 Support bids, contract negotiations, and supplier performance monitoring
