What You'll Do:
β Be the face of the business - build relationships and engage directly with clients.
β Manage and administer a variety of high-value infrastructure contracts (NEC3, Option C preferred).
β Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
β Drive improvements in budget accuracy and cost control, identifying efficiencies and opportunities.
β Manage contract changes and governance, maintaining best practices and compliance.
β Work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.
What We're Looking For:
β
Degree-qualified (QS/Construction) with 3+ years of experience.
β
Chartered, working towards chartership, or eager to develop professionally.
β
Confident client-facing skills - able to engage and build trusted relationships.
β
Experience with NEC3 contracts (Option C preferred) is advantageous.
β
