Job description

Our client, a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor, is currently seeking a skilled Lead Planner - Electrical to join their team on a large Data Centre project in Brussels, Belgium. This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within a forward-thinking company known for its strong track record across various sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning using Primavera P6
• Develop Pre-Construction, Construction, and Commissioning Programs
• Set up and manage Project Controls Systems including WBS, Progress Measurement System, and schedule baselining
• Monitor and report on project progress, labour hours, and efficiencies
• Manage the site planning team
• Ensure timely updates of schedules and notify clients of any delays
• Prepare monthly management and project reports

Job Requirements:

• Experience in construction planning
• Advanced user of Primavera P6
• Solid Mechanical and Electrical construction experience, ideally in data centre projects
• Knowledge and experience of Delay Analysis Techniques
• Strong people management skills
