Job description
Our client, a prominent company within the HTP sector, is currently seeking Two dedicated Land Surveyors to join their team based in between Slough and Reading and working at Central London based job-sites. This permanent position involves working within a team of 15-20 surveyors, delivering top-quality surveying services to a diverse range of clients in the highways sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed surveys for highways projects, predominantly in London (Zone 1, Zone 2) and the South East London
- Utilising AutoCAD, LisCAD, Trimble, BricsCAD, Bentley, and other software to process survey data
- Collaborating with fellow surveyors and support staff to ensure precise and efficient project delivery
- Undertaking night shifts as required, typically from Sunday to Thursday
- Engaging in mobile mapping to minimise prolonged project durations
- Ensuring all surveying activities adhere to safety and technical standards
- Providing accurate and timely reports based on survey findings
Job Requirements:
- Experience in surveying, with a focus on highways surveying
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, LisCAD, BricsCAD, Bentley and other relevant software
- Experience with mobile mapping and associated software
- Ability to perform effectively during night shifts when required
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
