Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing site operations to ensure compliance with NEC contracts
• Monitoring progress and ensuring the project meets established timelines
• Conducting regular inspections and quality control assessments
• Collaborating with project stakeholders including contractors and local councils
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of site activities
• Identifying and resolving any project-related issues promptly
• Adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards on-site
• Providing clear and concise reports to project managers

Job Requirements:

• Experience with NEC contract management
• Familiarity with highway infrastructure projects
• Accredited NEC site supervisor qualifications are desirable
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work full-time, starting imminently
• Capability to work independently and within a team setting
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution

Contract Details:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Project duration of up to 2 years
• Position is outside IR35
• Starting asap
