Our client, a key player in the construction sector, is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis in Warrington.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and administering NEC contracts
• Conducting detailed post-contract analysis and reporting
• Handling Contract Value Reports (CVR) and ensuring accurate reporting
• Executing contract administration duties effectively
• Managing change control processes efficiently
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
• Ensuring effective communication across project teams
• Utilising advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

Job Requirements:

• Substantial experience in quantity surveying
• Strong understanding of contract forms, particularly NEC and JCT
• Experience in contract administration and CVR processes
• Proficiency in change control management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of the water industry is preferred but not essential
