Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular site inspections and monitoring geotechnical instrumentation
• Recording and analysing data to assess ground conditions and structural stability
• Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to the engineering team
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations during monitoring activities
• Maintaining and calibrating monitoring equipment
• Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate data collection
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting on site
• Adhering to project timelines and contract specifications

Job Requirements:

• Experience in geotechnical monitoring or a related field
• Strong understanding of geotechnical principles and instrumentation
• Proficiency in data analysis and report writing
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
• Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience
