Job description
Associate Manufacturing Engineer
Fareham

Company Overview:
A leading provider of bespoke flow control & separation solutions for high-performance, precision-driven industries, known for its strong technical leadership and commitment to quality.
Role Overview:
Support the development and execution of manufacturing engineering practices within a specialised environment, offering exposure to a variety of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement efficient production systems, processes, equipment, and facilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to solve technical challenges.
- Develop methods, tooling, and processes for manufacturing.
- Create and update manufacturing routings and Bill of Materials (BOMs) in the MRP system.
- Use 3D design software for tooling and assembly aids (training provided).
- Assist in new product introduction and prototyping.
- Provide technical support for production teams during changes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- HND or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- 2+ years in an engineering environment.
- Understanding of manufacturing tolerances for assembly and machining.
- Experience with MRP systems, process mapping, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with metal treatments, unconventional machining, or welding techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D or 3D design.
