NATS are looking for an IT Project Manager to join them on a contract basis at their site in Fareham.

• 6-month initial contract.
• Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be willing to obtain SC Clearance.
• £500-550 p/d Umbrella, inside IR35.
• Hybrid working at their site in Fareham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead the delivery of projects within the IS portfolio, including daily team management of project managers to ensure realistic workload distribution.
• Ensure projects are set up for success, delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications; track, evaluate, and manage live projects.
• Experienced in managing complex projects and teams, providing guidance and support as required.
• Detailed understanding, knowledge, and experience of monitoring and overseeing project performance, including risks, issues, timescales, resources, and scope changes.
• Ensure appropriate project Health & Safety activities are undertaken within the IS portfolio.
• Oversight of project change requests to understand their impact on the wider IS projects portfolio.
• Manage the IS future project pipeline and overall capacity for change in collaboration with the IS Leadership Team.

Job Requirements:

Technical Capabilities and Leadership:

• Proven experience in delivering IT network projects within an enterprise environment.
• Understanding of enterprise IT technology stacks.
• Knowledge and experience of delivering technologies such as Microsoft O365 & Azure, SAP, on-premise Cisco infrastructure (LAN, WAN), Cyber, and Application development.

Stakeholder Management:

• Highly competent in engaging internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships and commitment.
• Strong relationship management with the SRO/Director of IS and the IS leadership team to understand the IS Strategy and future pipeline.
• Supporting the Head of Non-Technical ATM & Small Projects in their accountabilities for project delivery.

Supplier Management:

• Experienced in building strong commercial relationships with suppliers, understanding contract management, and managing performance.
• Regular and timely oversight of supplier performance and project deliverables, milestones, costs, and quality.
• Act as the focal point for all supplier management issues, supporting escalations and problem-solving as required.
