We have an exciting opportunity for an expeirenced Training Administrator, to work on our exciting SSE South framework in Basingstoke.

The Role:
Work activities vary but will include - telephones to answer, queries to be resolved, follow up documentation to be sent and systems to be updated.
Here are a few examples of your likely daily tasks:
* Communicating with your internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and understand priorities.
* Updating Training Matrix and issuing certification.
* Data entry of training qualifications
* Following recognised administrative processes which need to be consistent e.g., updating systems or data input for management reporting.
* Booking training courses for both internal & external candidates.
* Issuing of invoices and managing payment processes.
* Helping colleagues with their workload, so that deadlines are not missed.

We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following...

  • We'll be looking to you to ensure that the team's administrative processes are efficient, effective and work priorities are met, it's not essential that you have previous administration experience as full training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • As you'll be liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers, great communication skills are also essential.
