Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting content creation and distribution under the guidance of a Senior Project Professional

• Working within the SSNA Training & Communications team to facilitate and govern training and communications activities

• Setting up team infrastructure to support various projects

• Assisting in the development of Change Project-related training and communication materials

Job Requirements:

• Background experience in graphic design

• Understanding of project management policies, processes, procedures, and systems

• Experience of working with stakeholders

• Experience in use of associated software's such as: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design and Adobe Photoshop

• Where possible experience with Video Editing, Animation, 3D Modelling or Motion Graphics would be valuable.

• Training Content production experience useful where possible.

• Problem solving most likely to apply in an existing Business environment.

• Basic understanding of the team structure, organisation and processes of the project, so as to be able to support implementation of appropriate PM approaches.

Security Level:

• Security level: BPSS + SC, subject to ITAR and UK Eyes Only

This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct and/or indirect access to ITAR Material which means there are restriction.
