Job description

The contract is workshop based and approx.4-6 weeks starting asap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging in precise plating work according to project specifications
• Working on carbon steel
• Performing tack welding tasks as required
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Job Requirements:

• Experience in plating, particularly in the marine/oil and gas or other heavy industries
• Proficiency in working with carbon steel materials
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Working Hours and Contract Details:

• Contract duration: 4-6 weeks
• Working hours: 46 hours per week (4x10-hour days and 6 hours on Friday)
• £19/h PAYE plus £2.29 holiday pay which can be accrued or advanced or £25.45/h Umb co
