Job description

This role, pivotal in supporting the IT PMO, will be instrumental in steering and embedding new ways of working within the organisation's Target Operating Model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Target Operating Model work, focusing on implementation, change management and embedding new methodologies
• Driving outcomes to ensure the right people are in the right place at the appropriate time
• Providing senior leadership with vital information to understand the status of the portfolio of change consistently
• Leading the creation of analytics, dashboards, KPIs and reporting to support IT change delivery
• Securing programme and portfolio level RAAIDD and activity planning

Job Requirements:

• Experience in IT PMO within the retail sector
• Strong proficiency in change management and project implementation
• Ability to create and interpret analytics, dashboards and KPIs
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting information to senior leadership
• Capability in managing programme and portfolio level planning and RAAIDD
