Job description
Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)
- Investigating and reconciling employee expense accounts
- Recovering any money owed to the business
- Learning multiple ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and SAGE
- Creditor and debtor reporting
- Producing KPIs
- Completing tasks according to the weekly task list and schedule of events
- Completing tasks delegated by the team leader and/or manager
- Ensuring defined financial controls are observed and reporting any fails to the team leader and/or manager
- Attending customer surgeries and meetings as required
Job Requirements:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong administrative abilities
- Experience in accounts and analytics
- Technical mindset for working with different ERP systems
