Our client, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to specifically manage the CRSTS projects in Bristol.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and co-ordinating construction activities for the CRSTS projects within the local area
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality
• Managing site operations, schedules, and resources
• Executing and coordinating project plans
• Liaising closely with PMs, network highway team, NEC PM, and site supervisors
• Communicating and problem-solving any delays affecting project delivery
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations across the site
• Handling site logistics, risk management, and problem-solving with NEC4 PM & site supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Experience in highway construction projects
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Understanding of NEC4 contract management
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards
• Proven problem-solving and risk management capabilities
• Experience in liaising with contractors and sub-contractors
