Job description
Role Description:
Production and co-ordination of technical information and programmes. Production of Process Instructions and new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the development of department processes
- Produce appropriate department documentation
- Responsible for liaising with planning and other technical departments
- Develop innovative process solutions
- Develop and mentor new employees and team members
- Identify own development opportunities
- Understand, develop and implement greater customer and external relations
- Access, understand and apply Quality and HS&E Management System documentation
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Operations & Control
- Understanding of Operations Management
- Competence in Contract Administration
- Strong foundation in core administrative functions
- Experience in managing operational tasks
- Excellent communication and liaison skills with technical departments
- Ability to develop innovative process solutions
- Capability to mentor and develop team members
Security Level:
BPSS + SC + Subject to ITAR and UK eyes only
This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct and/or indirect access to ITAR Material which means there are restriction.
