Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving along designated highway routes to deliver letters to cabinet members
• Ensuring all deliveries are made promptly and accurately
• Maintaining communication with the central office regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered
• Following all safety protocols and regulations while on the road
• Representing the company professionally and courteously in all interactions
• Managing and organising delivery logs and documentation
• Ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained and reporting any maintenance requirements
• Adapting to changes in delivery schedules or routes as required

Job Requirements:

• Experience in driving and a valid UK drivers license
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with office staff and cabinet members
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery records
• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
• Flexibility to adapt to schedule or route changes
