Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings and pre-commencement documentation
• Collaborate with the Agent and Section Foreman to allocate resources effectively
• Manage and develop the site engineering team and Section Engineers
• Ensure all construction operations comply with contract requirements and SHEQ standards
• Assist in producing programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans
• Contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control

Job Requirements:

• HNC/Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering or equivalent, and working towards ICE membership
• Knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities and construction supervision skills
• Experience in utilities, earthworks, heavy structures, or drainage
• Own transport to attend remote site locations
• Full driving licence
• Holding SMSTS or SSSTS certification
• Possess a CSCS White, White-Yellow, Red - Experienced, Black - Manager or Gold - Supervisor card
