Job description

Our client, a reputable firm, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for various levels of planning roles including Graduate, Senior and Principal Planners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and contributing to development projects from inception to completion
• Preparing comprehensive planning applications and supporting documents
• Interpreting and applying planning policies and legislation
• Engaging with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships
• Providing expert advice on planning and development matters
• Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies
• Representing clients at planning committees and appeals where necessary
• Collaborating with a team of planners, including directors and fellow colleagues

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Town Planning or Development Management
• Strong understanding of planning policies and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports and proposals
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• For senior roles: significant experience and the ability to lead project teams
