Job description

Our client is hiring a Black Hat Supervisor for an immediate start on an HS2 project at Old Oak Common. This role requires a strong leader with experience in supervising teams on large-scale civils, utilities, or rail projects. You will be responsible for managing site safety, ensuring work is completed on time, and overseeing site operations.

🔹 Location: HS2 Old Oak Common
🔹 Rate: £280 p/d
🔹 Duration: 1 year+

Requirements:
✅ BBVS induction (preferred)
✅ SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
✅ SEQOHS Medical (essential)
✅ Minimum 5 years' experience in civils, utilities, or infrastructure projects
✅ Experience managing teams, briefings, toolbox talks, and site logistics
✅ Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
