Job description

Our client, a leading company in the nuclear sector, is currently seeking a Senior Planner to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. This role focuses on major projects and requires significant experience in NEC contracts and Primavera. Candidates must hold SC or DV clearance and be within commutable distance to Aldermaston.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing project schedules utilizing Primavera
• Ensuring project compliance with NEC contract requirements
• Collaborating with project teams to maintain project timelines and deliverables
• Providing clear communication and maintaining strong client relationships
• Monitoring project progress and implementing adjustments as necessary
• Generating detailed progress reports for stakeholders
• Participating in risk management activities
• Contributing positively to the team environment

Job Requirements:

• SC Clearance or DV Clearance
• Experience with NEC contracts
• Proficient in the use of Primavera software
• Strong communication skills and capability to build client relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• British passport (preferred due to SC checks)
• Must be within commutable distance to Aldermaston
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects

• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Status: Contractor
• Day Rate: All inclusive
• Duration: Minimum 12 months, with a preference for longer-term availability
