Ideal Candidate:

• As an Engineer, you will provide strategic leadership and technical guidance on engineering projects.

• Experience in designing and working with structures such as bridges, tunnels, stations, and buildings, utilizing materials like concrete, steel, timber, and masonry.

• This position is within the Civils/Structural team.

• Responsible for managing project teams, collaborating with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Typically 3-5 years of experience in a relevant discipline.

• Ability to cultivate strong client relationships and drive business growth and innovation.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and analysis of major infrastructure projects.

• Develop conceptual designs and produce engineering drawings, reports, and documentation in line with project specifications.

• Provide technical oversight and approval for complex engineering solutions.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Manage project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

• Strengthen client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

• Mentor and support senior engineers in both technical and managerial aspects.

• Oversee financial aspects to maintain project profitability.

• Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and technical publications.
