Our client, a leading company in the technology sector, is currently seeking a Foreign Trade Compliance Representative to join their team on a contract basis. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with foreign trade regulations while leveraging SAP technologies to optimise processes and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing foreign trade compliance processes and ensuring adherence to global regulations
• Utilising SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and SAP SD for compliance reporting and process optimisation
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure the accurate implementation of compliance policies
• Managing the maintenance and updates of the SAP HANA and SAP systems to support trade compliance
• Providing expertise and support on SAP-related matters, particularly in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting
• Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify and address potential compliance risks
• Preparing detailed reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities
• Staying up-to-date with changes in foreign trade laws and regulations, and advising on necessary adaptations

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and SAP SD
• Experience with SAP HANA and SAP systems
• Understanding of foreign trade compliance processes and related reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Relevant education or certification in SAP or trade compliance (desirable)
