Job description

Our client, a prominent company in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Site Supervisor on a contract basis to oversee and manage on-site groundwork activities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong supervisory skills and a background in site management to contribute to high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site groundwork activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Help assist with site preparation, site setup and equipment.
• Assist and manage roadworks being completed by heavy equipment and machinery.
• Travel to site to help assist and manage works being delivered within.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Problem-solve on-site issues and provide leadership to the team.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in supervising on-site construction or groundwork activities.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to various site locations as required.
