Job description
Main Duties:
We are seeking a Commercial Property Surveyor to support the Asset Manager on a contract basis. The key responsibilities include:

Overseeing day-to-day investment portfolio activities related to commercial assets, including ground leases and directly let properties (primarily office and industrial sectors).

Managing rent reviews, negotiating new lettings, lease renewals, regearings, and addressing all landlord and tenant issues. This includes processing applications for landlord's consent, surrenders, and dilapidations.

Monitoring debts and managing income effectively.

Providing estate management for multi-let properties, including managing service charges and budgeting.

Conducting valuations as required.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

RICS-qualified General Practice Surveyor.

A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial property, with a strong understanding of commercial leases.

Proven ability to manage a commercial property portfolio independently, providing professional advice on estate management matters.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Experience in the public sector is a plus but not essential.

A full driving license is required; access to your own transport would be beneficial for fulfilling the role.
