Our client, a leader in the rail industry, is currently seeking a Site Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and precision of installations within the rail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Quality Assurance (QA) checks on the installation of ASDO Beacons
• Measuring distances accurately using tape measures or measuring wheels
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Maintaining detailed records of QA checks and reports
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure project success
• Driving to various sites as required for QA inspections

Job Requirements:

• Experience in civil engineering, particularly within the rail sector
• Possession of an IE PTS certification
• Safepass qualification
• Ability and willingness to drive to site locations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Proactive approach to safety and quality standards
