We're currently seeking an IT and SOP Assistant to join a well-established and quality-driven aerospace company based in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a structured, highly regulated environment with strong career development potential.

🔧 About the Role

As the IT and SOP Assistant, you'll play a vital part in supporting both the IT infrastructure and standard operating procedures across the business. You'll work closely with the IT and Systems Manager, gaining hands-on experience with system setup, cyber security monitoring, ERP data analysis (Epicor), and general IT troubleshooting.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and support devices, networks, and system access

• Monitor and report on cyber security and system activity

• Daily and monthly data analysis using Epicor ERP

• Troubleshoot IT issues including PCs, printers, phones, etc.

• Assist with SOP processes including sales order entry, dispatch, and stock control

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Solid IT support skills with a proactive approach

• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
