Job description

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced HCM Consultant to join our client for a 7-month contract. This role is a replacement for an existing contract resource and is focused on the implementation of Core HR modules within Oracle Cloud HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the implementation of Core HR modules in Oracle Cloud HCM.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the system accordingly.

• Deliver project workstreams on time and within scope.

• Provide guidance on best practices and ensure solution design aligns with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience implementing Core HR modules within Oracle Cloud HCM.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
