Job description

Our client, a prominent company in the water treatment industry, is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join their team for work in Hampshire, specifically around the Winchester and Basingstoke areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising electrical work on water treatment projects
• Ensuring all electrical installations are carried out to the highest standards
• Conducting inspections and testing of electrical systems
• Overseeing cable tray installations and armoured SWA cable work
• Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders
• Maintaining safety standards and compliance with relevant regulations
• Managing and mentoring junior electricians and site staff
• Reporting progress and issues to senior management

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical supervision within the water treatment industry
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• 2391 or equivalent qualification
• Holder of an ECS/JIB Gold card
• EUSR water hygiene card is essential
• Proficiency in working with cable tray installations and armoured SWA cables
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
