What will I be doing?

• Lead a team of talented Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
• Suggest smart design changes that boost cost efficiency, streamline the construction programme, and enhance the final quality and spec.
• Work closely with the contracts manager, site engineers, and other discipline leads to keep information flowing accurately and on time.
• Make sure the team fully understands all drawings and specs and flag any errors or gaps to the design team as needed.
• Define what resources the project needs, and lead and motivate your team to deliver their best work.

What do I need to succeed?

To thrive in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with solid knowledge of procurement processes. You should have hands-on experience with scheduling, programming, and sequencing projects, and be confident leading MEP teams effectively. Experience in delivering MEP packages on Data Centre projects is also essential.
