Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Front Line Supervisor to join a new long-term HS2 project based at Old Oak Common. The successful candidate must have previous experience working on HS2, ideally on Old Oak Common, and be confident managing site paperwork and coordinating teams on the ground.

🔹 Location: HS2 - Old Oak Common
🔹 Rate: £290 - £300 per day
🔹 Duration: 1 year+

Key Requirements:
✅ Previous experience supervising on HS2, Rail or Heavy Civils projects
✅ Strong with site paperwork, reporting, and safety documentation
✅ SSSTS or SMSTS
✅ CSCS Gold or Black Card
✅ SCS induction (essential)
✅ Experience in delivering briefings, toolbox talks, and ensuring safe working practices

The client is ideally looking for a Supervisor who can bring a gang with them (e.g. Machine Operators, Slingers, General Operatives) - please note: all roles are paid individually, not as a gang.
