Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of rigs on site
• Conducting trial pitting operations
• Collecting geotechnical data to assess ground conditions
• Implementing appropriate geotechnical solutions
• Preparing technical reports with detailed analysis and recommendations
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensuring all activities adhere to health and safety regulations
• Working effectively in a remote location with minimal supervision

Job Requirements:

• Experience in geotechnical engineering
• Ability to supervise rig operations
• Proficiency in conducting trial pitting
• Strong understanding of geotechnical principles
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Effective report writing and communication abilities
• Capability to work in a remote and challenging environment
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification

Contract Details:

• 10-week contract starting on Tuesday 6th May
• Location: Dalnessie, Rogart, Highlands
