Job description

Responsibilities

• Assembly and end of line test of complex mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Working with relevant processes and providing feedback on optimising assembly processes.
• Supporting the project team, to plan, prioritise and ensure maximum productivity.

Knowledge and Experience

• Ability to use measurement equipment such as vernier, micrometer.
• Familiarity with problem solving tools such as 8D, for investigation of quality issues and can work cross functionally in resolution of quality issues.
• Is capable of training others to a known standard.
• Supporting investigations and contributing ideas for improvement.
• Manages time effectively and prioritises tasks to meet set deadlines.
• Pays attention to detail while following quality, health and safety procedures, and implements good judgment to make appropriate decisions.
• Shows vigilance and diligence, maintaining high standards of work while staying calm under pressure.
