Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of the Digital and Retail platform, managing multiple dependencies and complexities to deliver value effectively.
• Act as a specialist in delivery management, taking rapid, decisive actions to maintain progress, unblock teams, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Lead and oversee multiple high-impact technology projects, products, and services, ensuring delivery excellence and strategic alignment.
• Drive enterprise-level delivery initiatives, balancing technical and business priorities for optimal outcomes.
• Foster organisational maturity in delivery methodologies and practices, scaling these across various teams.
• Serve as a key influencer and advisor to executive leadership on delivery performance and strategic outcomes.
• Line manage and mentor Delivery Managers and Senior Delivery Managers, ensuring high standards of performance and development.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in technology delivery management, particularly within complex and high-impact projects.

• Experience in managing multiple dependencies and navigating complexities within large-scale digital and retail transformations.
