About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Bridge Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic infrastructure team. In this role, you will assist in the design, analysis, and delivery of bridge and civil structures across a range of transport infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior engineer looking to expand their technical skills and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and analysis of highway and railway bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and other related structures.

  • Support senior engineers with calculations, CAD drawings, and structural modeling.

  • Conduct site inspections and support construction supervision when required.

  • Prepare technical documentation including design reports, risk assessments, and specifications.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical, environmental, and transport engineers.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards (e.g. Eurocodes etc.), and client requirements.

  • Participate in internal design reviews and contribute to project delivery from concept through to construction.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).

  • 1-2 years of post-graduate experience in bridge or structural engineering.

  • Familiarity with design codes such as Eurocode, AASHTO, or relevant national standards.

  • Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MIDAS, LUSAS, or similar.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication.

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn and take on new challenges.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BIM workflows and 3D modeling.

  • Understanding of sustainability principles in infrastructure design.

  • Previous involvement in large-scale infrastructure projects.

What We Offer:

  • A structured career development program and mentorship support.

  • Exposure to high-profile projects across the transport and infrastructure sector.

  • A collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Competitive salary and benefits including pension, health, and training support.

  • Opportunities for professional accreditation (e.g. CEng, P.Eng., or equivalent).
